Barrett Goff
Founder and Principal
Barrett Goff is an experienced Realtor with strong ties to the community. He knows how important a home is for families and he has the experience to make sure buyers find the perfect place.
He is the founder and principal broker of Allodium Real Estate. Barrett’s specializes in commercial sales, short term rental property management and residential sales. He is a huge advocate for the development of Downtown Louisville.
Barrett Goff is a long time resident of the Louisville area and has had many years experience in all areas of real estate. He values honesty and integrity, along with a strong work ethic.
Jake Guhy
REALTOR® & Investment Specialist
Jake joined Allodium Real Estate with wide-range of experience in the industry including multifamily asset management, property management, acquisitions, renovations, and currently runs his own real estate investment business focused on acquiring and operating value-add residential, multifamily, and short-term rental properties in Louisville, KY and Richmond, VA.
Jake graduated from the University of Louisville in 2018 with a degree in Electrical Engineering. While working as a consultant, he developed a passion for building a life of abundance and control – utilizing real estate as the vehicle to get there.
He’s passionate about helping others do the same! Leveraging his background, skills, and relationships, Jake is prepared to help you buy, sell, and operate across any asset class.
Lauren Garver
Realtor® & Property Manager
Lauren has been investing in real estate since 2013. Her and her husband have renovated multiple properties in the Germantown area. They work as a team to create comfortable spaces that bring loving energy when you walk through the door. They currently operate short and long term rentals. Lauren became a real estate agent in 2015 and really enjoys helping people find the next space that they will create their home in. She is particularly interested in managing rental property for clients. She has years of experience in this field and looks forward to helping others build their portfolios!

Kevin is a lifelong Louisville resident and enjoys being a part of the city’s continued growth and development. Kevin graduated with a degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kentucky in 2013. While owning and operating an insurance agency, Kevin discovered his true passion for real estate and has never looked back. She loves finding and showing homes to people who are looking for their next house! She has more than 15 years of experience in the industry and specializes in residential home sales, lease negotiations, and buyer financing.
